Episode Twenty Eight: Shannon Wallace

Shannon Wallace is a Phoenix based jazz singer. But she is much much more than that. Shannon has worked in media and marketing all her life and has combined all her talents and passions into being an advocate for the creative spirit and the elderly. Additionally, Shannon traveled to China recently to inspire Chinese students to find their purpose, passion and paths to success.

Episode Twenty Seven – Musician and Educator Ari Cap

Ari Cap is a prolific bassist, educator and author who’s passion is performing and teaching musicians. She grew up in Austria surrounded by classical music. Ari them came to Miami to further her studies and perform in a wide variety of bands and musical styles. Education has always played a huge part in her music career. She has written books such as “Music Theory For The Bass Player” as well as her new on line project, “Ear Confidence”.

Episode Twenty Six – Classical Guitarist Christina Sandsengen

Christina started to play the guitar at age 15, and fell in love with it. From that moment onwards, she decided to devote herself solely to the guitar. Christina has performed in leading festivals and venues in throughout the world, receiving outstanding reviews for her many solo concerts. Christina plays a wide range of repertoire, with particular focus on Romantic music.

Episode Twenty Four – Melody Khair – Music ILuv

The seed for Music.iLuv grew out of Melody’s love of children and music. She believes that technology can make complex skills – like learning to play music – easier and more engaging for digital-age children. That is grounded in her conviction that every kid is talented and deserves a well-balanced education that includes music and art.

Episode Twenty Three – Musician Matt Rolland

Matt Rolland and Run Boy Run have written and performed their own style of acoustic bluegrass & folk music for well over 10 years. Matt is also the Director of Arts Integration at SAACA.org, working alongside Kate Marquez (Episode 20), finding and promoting talent for various SAACA cultural events.
