Shannon has worked in media and marketing all her life and has combined all her talents and passions into being an advocate for the creative spirit and the elderly. Additionally, Shannon traveled to China recently to inspire Chinese students to find their purpose, passion and paths to success.

Amberly Lago is the author of “True Grit and Grace: Turning Tragedy Into Triumph’. Her incredible story of resilience after a devastating motorcycle accident. Her career as a personal trainer and dancer was stopped short and even after 34 surgeries to save her leg, she found the strength to not surrender while living in constant pain.

Episode Nineteen- LaRayia Gaston and Lunch On Me

We met LaRayia at the Powerful U conference in Los Angeles. And were inspired by her passion to provide healthy food, wellness and compassion to the homeless in Los Angels and now in New York. She is the Founder of ‘Lunch On Me’ and leads a team of five women. There are so many inspiring moments in this conversation. It was a privilege to sit down with LaRayia and have her share her story.

She was able to tour the world with Los Amigos as well as learn abut the music business from her father, local radio and television personality Jose Ronstadt. And yes, her family and Linda are related.
