“Everyone has been made for some particular work and the desire for that work has been put in every heart.” – RUMI

Everyone has had to deal with stress, anxiety, depression in their lives. Sometimes it can get into a dangerous situation. The answer is to ask for help. If not from your circle of friends and family, at least from an expert who knows the best ways to guide you through the issues. Knowing where the problem originated is the first step to healing.

Musicians and creatives are three times as likely to deal with these issues than are non-musicians. We put so much into our passion and have the pressure of the industry and society that adds to the level of stress in our careers.

Paige has worked with creatives as well as military Special Forces and first responders who deal with trauma daily. Her techniques are perfect for those of us who think outside the box.
